吸烟对大鼠血小板功能的影响

The study of activity of platelet in smoking state

将30只SD大鼠随机分为吸烟组与对照组,每组各15只。吸烟组给予被动吸烟,6个月后测定大鼠血小板黏附率和聚集率、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和丙二醛(MDA)浓度均高于不吸烟对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)和一氧化氮(NO)水平低于对照组(P均<0.05)。表明吸烟可使血小板活性增强。

Thirty SD rats randomly divided into smoking and control group,each set of 15.The rats in smoking group taking passive smoking for 6 months,and then detected the determination of platelet adhesion and aggregation,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL）,c-reactive protein（CRP）,and MDA（MDA） concentrations.the concentrations of smoking group were higher than non-smokers control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL） and nitric oxide（NO） level is less than the control group（P0.05）.The results indicates that smoking can make platelet activity enhanced.
