摘要
教师专业化发展是一个长期的、可持续的过程,不仅需要学校组织在管理上予以制度保证,也需要教师从自身成长的需求出发,不断追求个人的专业成长。成功的教师主要是个人勤奋努力和有目的的追求的结果。本课题的研究,力图创造教师个人自主成长的小环境,同时,并不放弃学校组织应尽的责任和必要的努力,尽可能达到“共振”效应,使小学教师专业能力自主发展的培养与训练的效益最大化。
It is a persistent and long procedure to achieve teachers' professional development. It not only needs the guarantee from the school through management system but also needs the teachers' own needs to achieve their professional development. A successful teacher is a person who works hard and pursuits his aims. The research about this topic is to try to creative the small environment for teachers' self developing. Meanwhile, the school should also perform its responsibility and do its best to achieve "resonance" effect. All what we do is to maximum the beneficial result about how to train the primary school teachers' to achieve the ability to develop professionally by themselves.
