摘要
传统的助听器存在很多局限性，如佩戴不适、传音效果不佳等，且炎症、外伤或中外耳畸形的患者无法佩戴。人工中耳的研发及应用在一定程度上弥补了上述不足之处。本文从原理、优缺点以及适应证等方面对现有的人工中耳设备进行综述，并对其设计上的问题和困难予以讨论。
