医源性根尖周炎的原因及处理方法(附60例分析)

Analyzing of iatrogenetic factors causing 60 periapicitis and its treatment

目的分析医源性根尖周炎原因，探讨根管治疗的方法。方法采用常规法、逐步后退法、超声法、预弯法和综合法进行根管预备并充填，６个月后复查。结果６０例中５４例成功进行根管治疗，观察６个月以上效果良好，成功率９０％。结论掌握治疗适应征，选择合适的方法。

Objective To analyse the causes of iatrogenetic periapicitis and probe into the several methods of endo treatment.Methods Prepare the root canal with routine,stepback,endo ultrasound,pre curve and synthesis methods,then fill the root cannal with gutta percha points,reexaminate after 6 months.Results 54 cases were successfully treated in total of 60 cases and the result showed quite effective after over 6 months.The successful rate was 90%.Conclusion The key that reduces the incidence of iatrogenetic periapicitis and improves the successful rate of treatment is to grasp the indication of treatment,choice the fitting method and observe the operating routine.
