核黄素紫外光交联在圆锥角膜治疗中的研究进展

摘要 核黄素紫外光交联是近年来新兴的治疗圆锥角膜的手段之一。其方法简单,副作用小,安全性高,也可以与其他治疗方法相结合。本文介绍这一新疗法的基本原理、操作方法和临床效果及应用,以及关于该疗法的实验室研究进展,包括具体临床效应的生物力学改变、超微结构改变、形态学改变以及不良反应等。
