摘要
β肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂禁止使用于支气管哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者.近年研究发现,使用心脏选择性β受体阻滞剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺源性心脏病,长期治疗可降低死亡率,提高患者生活质量.本文就β受体阻滞剂在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用作一综述.
Beta-blockers were contraindicated in bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Recent studies show that chronic administration of cardioselective betablockers in patients with COPD or pulmonary heart disease can improve mortality and quality of life. This paper reviewed the application of beta-blockers on patients with COPD.
