假两性畸形的临床治疗分析

Clinical analysis to treatment of pseudo-hermaphroditism

目的探讨假两性畸形患者的临床诊断和有效治疗方法。方法对男性假两性畸形的患者，采用阴茎延长加粗术结合阴茎再造术来治疗小阴茎畸形；对女性假两性畸形的患者，早期进行手术联合内分泌的治疗。结果本组27例患者，术后外生殖器外观满意，感觉、功能、心态均良好，工作生活正常。结论对假两性畸形患者及早明确诊断，尽早进行有效的医学干预，特别是进行必要的手术治疗，术前、术中及术后，甚至终生辅以有效的内分泌治疗，可明显提高治疗效果，有效减轻患者及家属的心理压力。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and effective treatment of patients with pseudohermaphroditism. Methods Penis extending and enlargement surgery combined with penis reconstruction were operated for male patients, and surgery treatment with endocrine therapy during the early period were performed for female patients. Results Twenty-seven patients of pseudo-hermaphroditism were treated in this study and all regained normal work and life with good function, satisfactory appearance and good state of mind postopera- tively. Conclusion Clear diagnosis and effective medical intervention, especially necessary surgical treatment as early as possible is essential for pseudo-hermaphroditism. Effective endocrine therapy through preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative period or even the whole life could improve the therapeutic effect obviously and reduce the psychological pressure of the patients and their family.
