自体鼻中隔软骨、耳软骨和头部真皮联合鼻成形术

Clinical analysis to rhinoplasty with autologous septal cartilage, auricular cartilage and cephalic dermis

目的探讨采用自体鼻中隔软骨、耳软骨和头部真皮行联合鼻成形术的临床效果。方法设计鼻小柱开放式切口，以自体鼻中隔软骨行鼻延长术，以自体耳软骨作鼻小柱支柱抬高鼻尖，同时以自体头部真皮植入抬高鼻背。结果本组31例患者，术后随访3—24个月，1例术后1周出现鼻中隔积液，排出积液后痊愈。所有患者术后鼻部美学效果明显改善，形态自然，无排异反应。结论自体鼻中隔软骨、耳软骨和头部真皮联合鼻成形术，是鼻尖、鼻背整形的有效手术方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rhinoplasty with autologous septal cartilage, auricular cartilage and cephalic dermis. Methods The rhinoplasty was performed under open approach in columella nasi with nose extended by autologous septal cartilage grafting, nasal tip raised with autologous auricular cartilage grafting as columellar support and nose back raised by cephalic dermis transplanting. Results After 3 ~24 months follow-up, all 31 patients received satisfactory results with esthetic and natural appearance and non rejection except one case of septal hydrops in 1 week postoperatively, but healed after draining the fluid. Conclusion It is an effective surgical method of operating rhinoplasty with autologous septal cartilage, auricular cartilage and cephalic dermis for the treatment of nasal tip and nose back.
