成人面中下部衰老特征及评分量表的研究 被引量:10

Aging characteristics and evaluation scale study of adult middle and lower face

摘要 目的研究不同年龄段成人面部衰老特征,量化面中下部衰老特征,制定面中下部衰老评分量表,并对该系统的科学性进行评估,为面中下部年轻化手术的术前衰老评定和术后手术效果评估提供科学的理论基础。方法从身份证照片数据库中随机分层抽取1000张面部照片,男女各500张,对照片进行观察,获得面中下部软组织的衰老特征特点,制定面中下部衰老评分量表并对研究对象进行评分、分析各年龄段的衰老变化特征,对衰老总评分与年龄的关系采用线性分析和直线回归分析,以验证其科学性。结果随着年龄的增加,无衰老者不断减少,衰老特征的出现率逐渐增多,衰老总评分的中位数均明显增加,并且各年龄组问比较具有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01)。衰老总评分与年龄呈显著正相关,并且具有直线回归关系(回归方程为:女性衰老总评分=0.30×年龄-7.45;男性衰老总评分=0.24×年龄-5.83)。结论该成人面中下部衰老评分量表量化了面中下部衰老特点,具有较好的科学性,为面中下部年轻化手术术前衰老的评定和术后手术效果评估提供科学的理论基础,便于临床应用。 Objective To study the aging features of middle and lower facial part of the adult in the different age groups, to quantify the surface morphology of the aging characteristics and to develop the facial aging the evaluation criterion scale in quantity for adult middle and lower face aging, to assess the scientific nature of the system and to provide scientific theoretical basis for the preoperative and postoperative effect evaluation of the middle and lower facial rejuvenation surgery. Methods A sample of 1000 facial photographs (500 men and women) from the ID card database were randomly collected with the method of stepwise stratification. The middle and lower facial aging morphological characteristics were observed and analyzed, according to which evaluation criterion scale were developed on 8 items. All photographs were scored in accordance with this systems and the scientific nature of this scale were analyzed. Results Whether male or female, with aging, the total aging score median was significantly increased, and there was significant difference on the total aging score me- dian compared with the lower age group ( P 〈0.01 ). The aging total score significantly correlated with age, and there was a linear regression relationship between it and age (The regression equation were: the aging total score in female = 0.30 ×age - 7.45 ; the aging total score in male = 0.24 ×age - 5.83). The items can be very comprehensive reflection of the aging degree of middle and lower facial part. Conclusion The evaluation criterion scale quantified the aging morphology characteristics in the middle and lower facial part. It is scientific, macro and easy for clinical application, and provided scientific theoretical basis for the preoperative and postoperative effect evaluation of the middle and lower facial rejuvenation surgery.
