三点式小切口重睑成形术229例分析

Clinical analysis to three points double eyelid blepharoplasty with minimal incision in 229 cases

目的探讨三点式小切口重睑成形术治疗单睑及上睑臃肿的疗效。方法在重睑线的内、中、外处分别作3mm的小切口，切除切口下方睑板前眼轮匝肌，上睑臃肿者切除部分脂肪，对位间断缝合。结果本组229例患者均于半个月内消肿，经6～12个月随访，外形自然，无严重并发症，效果满意。结论三点式小切口重睑成形术，操作简单，瘢痕轻微，术后肿胀期短，效果稳定持久。

Objective To explore the curative effect of three points double eyelid plasty with minimal incision on the treatment of foldless eyelid and bloated blepharon. Methods Three very short incisions of 3 mm were made at the medial, central and lateral part of upper eyelid along the designed double eyelid line. Pretarsal orbicularis muscle was removed through the short incisions and orbital fat was also removed if necessary. The incisions were then closed by apposition interrupted sutures. Results Two hundred and twenty-nine patients were treated in this group and the edema in all patients diminished within 15 days. After 6 - 12 months followup, all cases were satisfied with the nalural appearance. No severe complications were found in this group. Conclusion The three points double eyelid plasty with minimal incision is easy to operate with short scar, minor edema and long-lasting double eyelid.
