皮肤填充剂并发症原因分析及处理 被引量:5

摘要 皮肤填充剂(或称软组织填充剂,fillers),在美容整形外科中广泛用于体表皱纹、凹陷、缺损的填充。自软组织填充剂问世以来,美容整形外科医师一直在寻求一种理想的填充材料,它必须符合以下条件:①安全,生物相容性良好;②无毒性,无致癌性;③无过敏反应;④稳定性好,无游走性;⑤保持原有体积和柔韧性;⑥不会因吞噬作用而被清除;⑦诱发异物反应的可能性低;⑧不会导致异物肉芽肿。
