乳腺癌与乳腺腺病细胞核形态的计量学研究

The Formal Metrological Study on the Cell Nuclei Forms of Breast Cancer and Breast Adenosis

应用图像分析手段，对50例乳腺癌及乳腺腺病细胞核形态进行了多参数的形态计量学研究。在8项参数中有7项参数乳腺癌与乳腺腺病差异有非常显著性（P＜0．001），1项差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结果，多参数的定量结果对鉴别诊断乳腺良恶性病变具有重要参考价值。

By the means of image analysis, the cell nuclei forms of breast cancer (50 cases) and breast adenosis (50cases) were studied metrologically with multiparametel. The results showed that among eight parameters, seven parameters had very significant differences between breast cancer and breast adenosis (P<0. 001), one parameter had significant difference (P < 0. 05). The results suggested that the multiparameter quantitative analysis is very valuable in the differentiated diagnosis between breast cancer and breast adenosis.
