摘要
将结核分枝杆菌(M.tuberculosis)H37Ra株苏通培养基培养物化学灭活,低温高速离心,超声波裂解,SephadexG-200柱层析,获得3个峰,制备了3种胞浆蛋白质抗原。经与结核分枝杆菌阳性参比血清、阴性参比血清及各种分枝杆菌高免兔血清的ELISA检测,并与PPD、聚合OT及菌体PP等抗原比较,结果表明:第二峰的胞浆蛋白质抗原的特异性最好。
M. tuberculosis H37Ra cultured on Saton's medium was inactivated chemically and was processed by low temperature ultra - centrifugation, ultrasound and Sephadex G200 chromatography, three peaks were obtained and three kinds of cytoplasmic protein antigen were prepared. According to detect the positive and the negative serum of M. Tuberculosis and the hyperimmune serunm of various Mycobacterium by ELISA, three kinds of cytoplasmic protein antigen were compared with the PPD antigen and the polymerized oT antigen. The results indicated that spedcificity of cytoplasmic protein antigen of the second peak was the best.
