超高产橡胶芽接树产排胶生理研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文研究了超高产橡胶芽接树PB86接穗与砧木的产、排胶生理特性。结果表明:超高产株的砧木胶乳干胶含量、总固形物含量、硫醇含量、粗蛋白含量、镁/磷比值、蔗糖含量、蔗糖转化酶活性、pH值(6.5~7.4)均显著或极显著地大于普通芽接树;而超高产株接穗胶乳的硫醇含量、粗蛋白含量、蔗糖含量、蔗糖转化酶活性、pH值等与对照株接穗胶乳之间无显著差异,无机磷含量极显著低于普通芽接树。说明超高产橡胶芽接树砧木具有高产特征,是超高产橡胶芽接树高产的成因之一。 The physiological characteristics of latex regeneration and latex flow of rootstock and scions of rubber budding trees ( PB86) were investigated.The results showed that the dry rubber content,total solids content,thiol content,protein content,the ratio of Mg /P,sucrose content,invertase activity and the pH (6.5-7.4) of the rootstock of supper-high-yield rubber budding tree were significantly greater than those of common budding tree,while no difference was found between the scions of the supper-high-yield and common budding tree except the contents of dry rubber and total solids,and the ratio of Mg /P.The content of inorganic phosphate of supper-high-yield rubber budding tree was significantly smaller than that of common budding tree.These results indicate that high yield is a characteristic of the rootstock of supper-high-yield rubber budding trees and might be one of the factors involved in the high yield of rubber budding trees.
