摘要
全国大学英语四、六级考试,其功能由最初的高校英语教学水平检测,发展到成为一些用人单位的参照标准之一。其考务管理,从2005年教育部考试中心负责部分考务工作之后,也由原来的高校教育考试管理,上升为参照国家教育统一管理的范围。笔者认为,在《考试法》出台之前,考试管理部门缺乏打击社会上各种作弊团伙的有效手段,引发了部分考务人员的畏难情绪。因此,有必要在加强考务管理上厘清一些认识的误区,进而在管理手段上进一步创新和强化。本文正是在这两方面提出了有针对性的见解,以期引起管理部门的重视和同仁的共鸣。
The fun ction of National College English Test 4 & 6 is from initial college english test to one of employer's reference standard. For examination management, it's up to unified management of national educationrom from college examination management after NEEA being responsible for examining part work in 2005.Before the promulgation of the test method,that examination management department is lack of means to combat cheating, led to the fear of some examination personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of examination and clarify some misunderstanding, then strengthen.the means to management and innovation. This paper presents some targeted insights,in order to take attention of management department's resonance.
