依托主考学校构建自考网络学习考核服务体系的思考

Some Thoughts about Building E-learning and Test Service System by Relying on the Examination Charging Schools

自学考试的主考学校是自学考试制度的重要组成部分。在新形势下，以主考学校为核心，构建自考网络学习考核服务体系，继续发挥主考学校在高等教育自学考试中的中流砥柱作用，是完善高等教育自学考试制度的一项新举措。目前，依托主考学校构建自考网络学习考核服务体系的客观条件已经具备，需要教育主管部门的政策引导，规划出一套彰显自考特色，促进教育公平，激励多方参与的可行性方案和管理办法。

The examination charging school is an important part of self-taught examination System. Under the new situation, taking the examination charging schools as the core of e-learning and test service system and continuing to bring it into play a major part in higher education self-taught examination , is a new measure to improve higher education self-taught examination system. At present, it＇s feasible to construct e-learning and test service system of self-taught examination by relying on the examination charging schools. Under the lead of competent authorities of Education Ministry, we have to find a set of characteristic ways which can promote fairness in education and inspire enthusiasm in every side.
