无抗微生物发酵饲料对断奶仔猪免疫功能影响的研究 被引量:27

摘要 选用60头体重约8kg~10kg的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为六栏,其中三栏为对照组,三栏为试验组,每栏10头。对照组为常规饲料组(添加无抗浓缩料和金霉素70mg/kg),试验组为无抗微生物发酵饲料添加组(添加无抗浓缩料和微生物发酵料)。试验结果表明:饲用无抗微生物发酵饲料组比常规饲料组平均日增重、料重比分别提高了5.56%和降低了3.53%,但各项指标均没有表现出显著差异(P>0.05);试验组对猪瘟抗体产生具有更好的促进作用,且各免疫蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM含量与对照组结果差异显著(P<0.05),说明无抗微生物发酵饲料对增强断奶仔猪免疫功能具有一定的功效。 In this paper, Six litters of 60 Duroc-1 anndrae-Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets about 8-10kg body weight were randomly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group).The control group was added experimental group was added with concentrate feeds without antibiotics and feeds by microbial fermentation. The results indicated that compared to control group, the average daily gain of experimental group which bred with fermented feed raised by 5.56%, and the case of feed/gain reduced by 3.53%. However, the test group has a better role in increasing production of swine plague antibody, and there is marked difference between the contents of serum immunoglobulin including IgA,IgG and IgM (P〈0.05). Accordingly, It can be concluded that antimicrobial-free feeds by microbial fermentation could improve immune fimction of weaned piglets.
