摘要
对师德的神化与物质化评定,导致了师德建设中人性缺失。走向以人为本的师德建设既是社会道德的价值追寻,也是基于人性与生活的道德本质所呼唤。重塑教师的新形象,制定人性化的教师管理制度,让教师主动地建构自身的道德,是师德的真正实质性建设。这为当下的教师培训回归教师教育的本真,增进教育的价值,奠定了基础性意义。
Evaluation of teacher's ethics based on apotheosis and materialization has led to the deletion of humanity on teacher's ethics construction. On teacher's ethics construction, trend of People-oriented is the pursuit of social moral value and the call of humanity and life of moral e^ence. It's genuine moral construction to rebulid teacher's new image and make humanistic teacher management system and let teacher construct their own ethics actively which lays a fundamental significance to return turn self of teacher education and promote educational value.
