We have been advised by our ancestors to learn not only ＂the methods＂ but also ＂the way to apply them＂ when it comes studying classics. By considering the resolution of Gutain Meeting in the context of the then entire epoch,the author of this paper has secured three inspirations：the ideological and political work in our army must be reinforced by closely combining with the current situation and tasks,by locating points of common interests and by formulating comprehensive and complete measures.
