As a vital part of career guidance,career ideal education plays an underlying and key role in the personal growth and lifelong development of students. In the process of helping students to foster their career ideals,efforts should be made to employ such basic approaches as career cognition,career emotion,career will,career conviction and career practice to reinforce the effectiveness and practicality of career ideal education,which is both the obligation of staffs in ideological and political education and an inevitable requirement for the growth of college students.
