左旋18-甲基炔诺酮用于紧急避孕的效果与不良反应评价

Evaluation on Efficacy and Side Effects of Lev-onorgestrel for Emergency Contraception.

目的和方法:对100例月经规律,未避孕或避孕措施失败性交后72小时内的妇女,口服左旋18-甲基炔诺酮(LNG),观察避孕效果与不良反应,并以50例妇女应用紧急避孕的经典方法Yuzpe法作对照。结果:LNG组2例妊娠,Yuzpe组1例妊娠,按Wilcox方法推算,避孕有效率分别为83％和82％,但LNG组的不良反应明显降低,P<0.001,优于经典的Yuzpe法。结论:推广使用LNG法将有利于减少非意愿妊娠,保障妇女身心健康。

To compare the efficacy and side effects of the levonorgestrel (LNG, 0.75mg for two doses 12h apart) with the classical Yuzpe regimen for emergency contraception, 100 healthy women with regular cycles who experienced unprotected intercourse or contraceptive failure within 72 hours were recruited into the LNG group and 50 into the Yuzpe group. 2 pregnancies oc-cured in the LNG group and 1 pregnancy in the Yuzpe group. Using Wilcox method the effectiveness rates used for emergency contraception were 83% and 82%, respectively. There is a significant lower incidence of side effects in LNG group as compared with those in Yuzpe group(P<0.001).The results showed that spread application of LNG method will benefit the women to reduce unwanted pregnancy and ensure their physical and mental health.
