摘要
目的：观察生脉散二至丸加味汤并辅酶Ｑ１０注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法：１４１例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为对照组（３５例）和治疗组（１０６例）。对照组服用加味生脉散二至丸汤剂，每日１剂。治疗组在服对照组所用中药汤剂的基础上，加用辅酶Ｑ１０注射液，儿童５ｍｌ，成人１０ｍｌ，每日肌注１次、２组均治疗１个月。结果：治疗组治愈９７例（９１．５％），好转９例。对照组中治愈２６例（７４．３％），好转９例。２组治愈率比较有显著差性异（χ２＝７．０１，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：加味生脉散二至丸汤剂并辅酶Ｑ１０注射液是治疗病毒性心肌炎的有效药物。
Objective:To observe the curative efficacy on treatment for virus myocarditis with Shengmai Powder and Erzhi Pill decoction with additional herb medicine combining CoQ 10 injection.Methods:141 cases with virus myocarditis were randomly divided into control group ( n =35) and treatment group ( n =106).Shengmai Powder and Erzhi Pills decoction with additional herb medicine once a day was given to control group meanwhile except that discribed above CoQ 10 injected intramuscularly (5 ml for children and 10 ml for adults once a day) was added into treatment group.The therapeutic course was one month for both groups.Results:There were 97 cases (91 5%) cured and 9 cases improved in treatment group otherwise there were 26(74 3%) and 9 cases improved in control group.In comparison between two groups the cured rates were significant difference (χ 2=7 01, P <0 01).Conclusions:Shengmai Powder and Erzhi Pill decoction with additional herb medicine combining CoQ 10 is effective in treating virus myocarditis medication.
