摘要
目的:研究表面活性剂与氟化物在体内的协同抗菌斑作用。方法:将两种表面活性剂分别与氟化钠联合应用,观察其菌斑抑制能力,以及对菌斑细胞外液中氟浓度的影响。结果:实验用的两种表面活性剂中,阳离子表面活性剂ZonylFSC能增强NaF自身的菌斑抑制能力,且能促进氟在菌斑中的渗透。而阴离子表面活性剂SDS的作用却恰好相反。结论:表面活性剂与氟化物协同作用与其所带的电荷有关。
Aim:To study the coordinate effect of two kinds of Surface Active Agent(SAA) and sodium fluoride (NaF) in vivo. Methods: To observe the anti-plaque abilities and the effects of SAA on the fluoride content in extracellular fluid of plaque by using two kinds of SAA with NaF respectively. Results: The cationic SAA Zonyl FSC could enhance the anti-plaque effect of NaF. It also could facilitate the penetration of fluoride in plaque. The result of the anionic SAA SDS was reverse. Conclusions: The coordinate effect of SAA and NaF is related with the electricity which SAA carries.
