天乐胶囊对偏头痛患者血浆内皮素和一氧化氮水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨天乐胶囊治疗偏头痛的作用机理。方法将106例血瘀型偏头痛患者分为两组,其中治疗组54例,对照组52例,分别给予天乐胶囊和正天丸治疗,疗程均为4个月,观察治疗前后血浆内皮素和一氧化氮水平的变化情况。结果治疗组血浆内皮素水平治疗后明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血浆一氧化氮水平治疗后明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天乐胶囊可能是通过降低血浆内皮素水平、升高血浆一氧化氮水平,调节血管舒缩功能、解除血管痉挛、改善脑血流等途径有效地控制偏头痛的发作。 Objective To reveal the mechanism of traditional Chinese drug Tianle capsule in treatment of migraine. Methods According to related diagnostic criteria, 106 migraine patients, who were divided into two groups, were studied. Among them, 54 patients were in treatment group and 52 ones were in control group. Patients in treatment group were administered Tianle capsule for 4 months. And patients in control group were administered Zhengtian pilulae. Then observe the changes of ET and NO in blood plasma. Results The ET in treatment group have more significant differences than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The NO in treatment group have also more significant differences than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Tianle capsule can effectively control migraine by ways of decreasing the level of ET, raising the level of NO, regulating vasomotor function, relieving vasospasm and ameliorating cerebral blood flow and etc.
