近10年针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究概况

Advances of studies on acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in recent ten years

为体现近10年来针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究概况,整理2000～2010年相关文献,从临床治疗方面进行归纳阐述,认为针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床治疗方法多样,且大多疗效满意,但在临床疗效评定标准、研究方法及内容、治疗选穴的规范化等方面存在一些亟待解决的问题。

The present paper reviews treatment methods of acupuncture and moxibustion from a parts of literature about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in recent ten years （2000 - 2010）. It is held that acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of CSA has marked therapeutic effect, but there are some problems urgent to be deal with at once in standards of clinical therapeutic effect, contents and methods of research, and standardization of acupoint selection for treatment.
