有机肥料属于绿色产品,它的施用有利于农业的可持续发展,在农业生产中有着极为重要的作用,在绿色食品生产中起着不可取代的作用。在我国农业生产的漫长历史中,一直靠有机肥料改良土壤,培肥地力,生产粮食,可见有机肥料在当时农业生产中起着极为重要作用,而有机肥培肥地力工程的实施已势在必行。笔者对北京市密云县有机肥培肥地力项目的实施背景、具体内容、取得成效、存在问题与建议进行了分析。
