摘要
法院文化是指融注在法官群体心底的法治意识、法治原则、法治精神及其价值追求,是法院机关的组织、制度、设施所具有的文化内涵,是法官群体在工作和日常生活中的行为方式,是有关法官群体的法律语言、法治文学艺术作品和法律文书中所反映和体现的法治内涵及其精神。人民法院文化体系应当从理念文化、组织文化、制度文化、物态文化、行为文化和法律语言文学与文本文化等方面来建构。
Court culture refers to the awareness,the principles and the spirit of the rule of law as well as its pursuit of value within the back of judges' mind. It is a culture intrinsic in the organization,the systems and the facilities of court organs. It is behavior and manner of judges in their work and in daily life. The implications and spirits of the rule of law are reflected and embodied in judge-related legal language,the literary and artistic works concerning the rule of law and legal instruments. The cultural system of the peoples' court shall be built from the aspects of ideological culture,organizational culture,system culture,material culture,behavioral culture,legal language literature and texual culture.
