摘要
本文建立H_2O_2红细胞氧化溶血及肝匀浆振荡引发脂质过氧化模型以进一步考察青竹梅的抗氧化活性。实验发现,H_2O_2对红细胞有直接溶血的作用,随H_2O_2浓度增加,溶血度递增,相关极显著(P<0.01),本文选用2mMH_2O_2浓度建立溶血模型。青竹梅浆对氧化溶血有拮抗作用,当加入10—100μl 50%果浆(相当果肉量5.0—50.0μg)到2mMH_2O_2溶血系统时见溶血度递降,下降率从20.7%—55.8%。又见青竹梅浆具有明显的抗肝匀浆脂质过氧化作用,且随浆量增加,抑制率加大,该抑制效果与公认的抗氧化剂——五味子比约强6—7倍。
This paper set up a model for inducing hemolysis of oxidated red blood cells by H_2O_2 and another model for inducing lipoperoxdation of the oscillated liver homogenates in vitro, so as to make further research into the antioxidation activity of prunus mume (sieb.) sieb.et Zucc. It was found that H_2O_2dissolves red blood cells directly. and the degree of hemolysis increases with H_2O_2concentration. The correlation is very significant (P<0.01). This experiment selected 2mM H_2O_2 as the model for hemolysis. The results revealed that prunus mume (sieb.) sieb.et Zucc. juice is antagonistic to the hemolysis. and the degree of hemolysis decrease (from 20.7 to 55.8) with the injection of 10-100μl 50% juice (equivalent to 5.0-50.0μg fruit) into the 2 mM H_2O_2hemolysis model. It was also found that the juice is obviously antagonistic to lipoperoxidation of the liver homogenates in vitro. The rate of inhibition increases with the amount of the juice added. The inhibition effect is 6—7 times more powerful than that of Schisandra (Schizandra) Chinensis (Turcz) Baill.
