摘要
多维视角的一般认知:校长培训模式,在定位上始终是培训工作关注的"重点领域";在科研上始终是培训研究的"热点课题";在实效上始终是聚焦于"理论与实践有机结合"的问题破解;在表现上始终是在不断地"创新发展"。实施流程的"要则"审视:系统把握——要完整准确地把握模式的实质,理解上不能肤浅化;准确选择——要切合实际地运用模式,选择上不能盲目化;灵活操作——要变通灵活地借鉴使用模式,操作上不能格式化;研究创新——要经常不断地创新发展模式,工作上不能老化。目标(结果)导向的特质梳理:校长培训模式建构的根本在于为校长专业化的实现服务。具体主要指向为:以知识更新为取向,以能力本位为取向,以个性完善为取向,以问题解决为取向,等等。
Multi -visions discussions:The model always is the key content of the training job;is the hot topic of the training re- search;focus on the practical issue of "integrity of theory and practice" ;sustained creative developing of the model. Principles of the training:systematic and deep understand the model;corrected selecting and using the model;changing the model based on the changing of situation ; keeping studying and creative developing of the model. Multi - goals : the main goal of training is serving the principals to implement professional development, to become the expert and great educator. It includes knowledge and theory;practical abilities of running school; personal development; solving the school issues, etc.
