摘要
在教师素质、教育评价及督导体系、教育研究等诸多方面,基础教育新课程均面临着一些亟待解决的问题,这些问题的存在,有使新课程走向以往教育改革中表现出的形式化的危险。针对于此,本文从教师培训的具体要求和形式、地方权威性评价及督导体系的建立、教育研究的科学化、高等师范教育对新课程的应有作用等几个方面提出了一些意见和建议。
Basic education and new courses are facing a number of problems to be solved in the teacher quality, educational evalu- ation and supervision system, educational research and so on. The existence of these problems, the new curriculum into the education reform demonstrated formalized risk. In light of these, this paper made a number of opinions and recommendations which are in the teacher training specific requirements and forms, the establishment of the local authority evaluation and supervision system,scientification of education research, higher normal education for the several aspects of the new curriculum.
