摘要
完善的制度是一个组织管理高效化、规范化的标志和保障,是组织不断发展壮大的重要保证。高校学生会组织是维护同学权益、服务广大学生成长成才的一支重要的力量。加强学生会的制度建设,对于增强学生会组织的服务能力和公信力,提高学生干部队伍素质,有着极其重要的战略意义。
The sound system is sign and support of efficient and standardized management of the organization; also it is an important guarantee for continuous development and expansion. University Student Union is an important force to safeguard rights and interests of students and to provide service for grow and success of students. Strengthening the Union＇ s System Construction has an extremely important strategic significance to the enhancement of Student Union＇ s service capabilities and credibility and the improvement of the quality of student leaders.
