摘要 教师专业发展离不开教师文化的发展,教师文化对教师专业发展有促进作用。当前,高等院校可以采取完善适合教师职业专业发展的校内软环境、鼓励在教师群体中确立职业专业化的共同愿景和信念、加强教师的自我修炼、提供全方位的"无边界"学习机会等多重措施积极促进教师专业发展,推动教师专业化日趋成熟。 Teachers' professional development is inseparable from the development of teacher culture, and teacher culture has stimulative effect on teachers' professional development. In the current higher institutions can adopt suitable soft campus for teachers' professional development, encourage the establishment of specialized professional vision and beliefs in teachers group and strengthen teachers' self cultivation. It can provide the omni - directional "non - bordered" learning opportunities, promote teachers' professional development to promote teachers' specialization matures.
