摘要
随着当前基础教育课程改革的不断深入,教师的专业发展日益受到重视。如何通过教育评价来促进教师专业发展?作为教师评价中重要组成部分的教师自我评价,由于其自身具有调动教师专业发展积极性的优势,因此值得探讨。
With the current basic education curriculum reform continued to deepen, professional development of teachers received increasing attention. How to promote through education, evaluation of teacher professional development? As an important component of teacher evaluation teacher self- evaluation, because of their own professional development of teachers has to mobilize the enthusiasm of the advantages, it is worth investigating.
