摘要
CS理念于20世纪提出,在此之前早已经运用于实践中。本文通过解读19世纪左拉的《妇女乐园》中所隐含的CS理念,以期对现代商业经营领域起到一定借鉴作用。
CS philosophy was proposed in the 20th century, but in the interim it had been applied to practice. This paper attempts to have certain reference function in modem business management through unscrambling CS philosophy in Au Bonheur des Dames written by Emile Zola in the 19th century.
