摘要 本文应用柱层析和薄层层析法,从菜籽“油脚”中分离,提纯单半乳糖甘油二酯(Monogalactosyl Diglyceride,MGDG)和双半乳糖甘油二酯(Digalactosyl Diglyceride,DGDG)并对菜籽中提纯的MGDG和DGDG的脂肪酸组成做了测定。 In this paper, Silica acid column chromatography and Silica gel thin layer chromatography are used respectively. for extraction, separation and purification of glycolipids from the rapeseed 'oil Foots', and the glycolipids and their fatty acid composition have been determined. The glycolipids are found to be mainly MGDG and DGDG, whose fatly acid composition is similar to that of other plant glyohpids.
