摘要
教师的生存状态影响着教师的工作状态和教育效果。本文通过2000、2004、2007年的跟踪调查,结果发现:教师的工资待遇和社会地位变化不明显,一直较低;教师的周课时数增加,周工作时减少;培训次数少,培训效果不理想;职业满意度和学校管理呈下滑趋势;农村教师有良好的人际关系,但缺乏和社区的联系。研究提出了教师工资责任重心上移,建立农村教师特殊津贴制度,实行梯度工资;按需设岗,采用多元化的教师编制标准;增加高质量、高规格培训的次数,采取以实践导向和按需为主的培训模式;赋权增能,调动教师参与学校管理的积极性和主动性等政策建议。
the School--Teachers Living State has affecting to teacher's work and the education effect,on the based of the investigation in 2000,2004 and 2007. We found: the transform of the wage and the social position has not obvious, it is low, the working load has inclined to reduce, the training frequency to he few and the training effect not ideal, the occuption satisfation and the administation have inclined to decline, the interpersonal relationship has well, but the support of the community has insufficient. We try to analyise those question,and then put forward some suggestion, for example: establish a special allowance system for rural teachers, using a wide range of the authorized size of teachers, increase high--quality, high--standard training, changing the training modles, reinforcing empowerment and so on.
