B16F10黑素瘤细胞培养上清对同基因小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的抑制作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究B16F10黑素瘤细胞培养上清对同基因小鼠脾淋巴细胞的抑制作用。方法:制备B16F10黑素瘤细胞培养上清,作用于同基因小鼠脾淋巴细胞,通过PHA刺激和混合淋巴细胞反应,用MTT法检测淋巴细胞的增殖活性。结果:在B16F10黑素瘤细胞培养上清的作用下,PHA诱导的同基因小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖率平均为63.00%,明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(t=16.447,p=0.000);混合淋巴细胞反应的淋巴细胞增殖率平均为61.82%,亦明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(t=8.097,P=0.000)。结论:B16F10黑素瘤细胞培养上清对同基因小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖具有抑制作用。 Objective:To study the suppression effect on proliferation of syngenic mouse spleen lymphocytes in vitro by supernatant from B16F10 cell culture.Method: The supernatant from B16F10 cell culture was prepared and used on syngenic mouse spleen lymphocytes.The proliferations induced by PHA or MLR were determined by MTT assay.Result: Treating with supernatant from B16F10 cell culture,the proliferations of mouse spleen lymphocytes induced by PHA and MLR were 63.00% and 61.82% respectively.Both were lower than that of their controls with statistically significant differences(t=16.447,p=0.000 and t=8.097,p=0.000 respectively).Conclusion: The proliferation of syngenic mouse spleen lymphocytes was suppressed by supernatant from B16F10 cell culture.
