疏血通注射液对急性冠脉综合征患者血浆脑钠肽及高敏C-反应蛋白水平的影响 被引量:5

The Effect of Shuxuetong Injection on the Plasma B-type Natriutetic Peptide and High-sensitive C-reactive Protein in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

摘要 目的:观察疏血通注射液对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:以ACS患者126例为研究对象,将ACS患者分为急性心肌梗死(AMI组)86例及不稳定型心绞痛(UAP组)40例,测定其血清脑钠肽(BNP)及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,并以45例健康者作对照;将ACS患者126例随机分为疏血通组(63例)和常规组(63例),治疗4周后比较2组上述各指标的变化。结果:ACS患者血浆BNP和hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P(0.05),合并有泵功能衰竭的患者血浆BNP、hs-CRP水平明显高于泵功能正常患者(P<0.05),常规治疗及加用疏血通注射液治疗后BNP、hs-CRP水平均有明显下降,且疏血通注射液组较常规治疗组下降更显著(P(0.05)。结论:疏血通注射液可明显降低ACS患者血浆BNP、hs-CRP水平,对改善患者心肌缺血及心功能有重要作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of Shuxuetong injection on the plasma B-type natriutetic peptide(BNP) and high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Method: 126 cases of ACS were subjected to this study.ACS included acute myocardial infarction(AMI,n=86) and unstable angina pectoris(UAP,n=40).The serum levels of BNP and CRP in all patients were measured and forty-five normal subjects.126 patients with ACS were randomly divided into the Shuxuetong treatment group(n=63) and normal treatment group(n=63).Levels of serum BNP and CRP were measured four weeks after treatment in the two groups.Result: Plasma BNP and hs-CRP levels in ACS patients were significantly higher than normal subjects(P0.05),However,the levels of plasma BNP and hs-CRP in patients with heart failure were significantly higher than the patients with normal cardiac function,Both BNP and hs-CRP were decreased after normal treatment and treatment with Shuxuetong injection,and it was more evident in the treatment with Shuxuetong injection(P0.05).Conclusion: Both BNP and hs-CRP participate in the pathophysical progression of ACS,Shuxuetong injection can clearly lower levels of BNP and hs-CRP.It plays an important role in improving myocardial ischemia and heart function of the patients.
