髁状突骨折治疗的临床研究

The Clinical Research on the Condylar Fracture

目的:探讨髁状突骨折的治疗方法,以指导临床工作。方法:总结48例、共62侧髁状突骨折的治疗方法。结果:25例采用保守治疗,23例、共37侧应用切开复位、坚强内固定。所有患者咬合关系基本正常,能进软食,伤口愈合好但仍有张口受限。结论:髁突颈部是髁状突骨折最好发部位,高位、骨折移位不大的髁状突骨折、处于建颌期的儿童一般采取保守治疗,而低位、骨折移位大的髁颈下骨折可采取手术治疗。

Objective：To discuss the treatment of condylar fracture and provide the clinical guidance for it.Method：48 cases of condylar fractures were reviewed.Result：25 cases received conservative therapy and 23 cases total 37 sides,received rigid internal fixation.They all acquired perfect occlusion besides open-bite limition.Conclusion： The principle should be abided that the higher and little removed condylar fractures and children during occlusion establishing were restored with intermaxillary fixation.On the other hand lower and much removed ones need operation.
