腰椎前椎缘骨的MRI探讨

The Diagnosis Value of Lumbar Anterior Limbus Vertebra with MRI

目的:分析总结腰椎前椎缘骨的MRI表现并提高对前椎缘骨的认识。方法:回顾性分析15例典型病例的MRI表现、好发部位及其原因,采用PHILIPS 1.5T超导型MR机,常规行矢状面T1WI、T2WI及横断面T2WI扫描,5例加扫矢状面T2w_SPAIR扫描。结果:MRI主要表现为病变椎体前上缘骨质局部缺如,缺损区内见异常软组织信号灶,异常信号前缘超出相邻椎体前缘连线,椎间盘前纤维环前凸,前纵韧带明显受压前凸。结论:腰椎前椎缘骨主要发生于椎体前上缘,MRI表现具有特征性。

Objective：To summarize the MRI manifestation of lumbar anterior limbus vertebra and to boost acquaintanceship with lumbar anterior limbus vertebra.Method： 15 typical lumbar anterior limbus vertebra cases were retrospectively analyzed.Sagittal T1WI T2WI and transect T2WI of lumbar spine were obtained with FSE,and sagital T2w_SPAIR were accepted in 5 cases on a 1.5T superconducting MR scanner.Result： The main MRI finding was a circumscribed hollow in the involved end-pate,which was filled with abnormity parenchyma signal： The anterior margin of involved front-plate exceeded normal vertebral margin.The anterior fibrous anulus（Sharpey＇ fibers） of disc protruded anteriorly and anterior longitudinal ligament were pressed.Conclusion： Lumbar anterior limbus vertebra mostly betide in the involved front-pate and it has some characteristics on MRI.
