超声诊断乳腺无回声肿块的临床分析

The Analysis of Ultrasound Diagnosis for Breast Non-echo Mass

目的:探讨超声对乳腺无回声肿块诊断的价值。方法:对在本院手术并经过病理证实的186例乳腺无回声肿块声像图资料进行回顾分析,结果:乳腺囊肿59例,符合53例,符合率89.8%,乳腺脓肿(其中寒性脓肿2例)27例,符合27例,符合率100%,囊性增生88例,符合85例,符合率96.5%,误诊9例,误诊率4.8%,其中6例误诊为乳腺纤维瘤,3例误诊为乳腺癌;结论:超声诊断乳腺无回声肿块无创伤、无放射、操作方便,符合率高,为临床确定治疗方案提供有利依据。

Objective：To investigate the value of ultrasound diagnosis for breast non-echo mass.Method： Retrospectly analysis on 186 patients after surgery in our hospital with pathologically confirmed breast non-echo mass sonographic data.Result： 59 cases of breast cysts,found 53 cases,the rate was 89.8%,breast abscess（cold abscess in 2 cases） 27 cases,found in 27 cases,coincidence rate was 100%,88 cases of cystic hyperplasia,found 85 cases,coincidence rate of 96.5%,9 cases of misdiagnosis,misdiagnosis rate of 4.8%,of which 6 cases were misdiagnosed as breast fibrous tumor,3 cases were misdiagnosed as breast cancer.Conclusion： Ultrasound diagnosis of breast non-echo mass is no hut and radiation,easy to operate,coincidence rate is high,it provide a favorable basis for the clinical treatment plan established.
