早期心理康复护理对急性脑卒中患者预后的影响

Early Psychological Rehabilitation Nursing on the Prognosis of Patients with Acute Cerebral Stroke

目的:探讨早期心理康复对急性脑卒中预后的影响。方法:将108例急性脑卒中住院病人随机分成康复组(55例)和对照组(53例),采用抑郁量表、Fugl-meyer、Barthel指数、神经功能缺损评分评定法对两组病人分别于入院时、4周及8周时进行评定。结果:两组病人比较,康复组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期心理康复护理可降低急性脑卒中病人抑郁症状的发生率,对病人功能康复有积极作用。

Objective：To investigate the effects of early psychological rehabilitation on acute cerebral stroke.Method： 108 cases of acute cerebral stroke patients were divided into rehabilitation group（55 cases） and control group（53 cases） at random.Depression Scale,Fugl-meyer,Barthel index,neurological deficit scores were applied into the patients when admission,4 weeks and 8 weeks.Result： Comparing the results of two groups of patients,the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The early psychological rehabilitation care can reduce the incidence of depressive symptoms,and have a positive effect on functional rehabilitation of stroke patients.
