雷米普利与氯沙坦钾单用及合用于原发性高血压疗效和安全性观察被引量：3

摘要目的研究ACEI制剂雷米普利与AT1RA制剂氧沙坦钾钾单用及合用对原发性高血压的(EH)疗效和安全性。方法 107例轻中度高血压患者随机分成3组,雷米普利组予雷米普利5mg,氧沙坦钾钾组予氧沙坦钾100mg,合用组予雷米普利2.5mg及氧沙坦钾50mg,均1次/d,口服。连续用药8周。观察血压变化情况以及咳嗽、体位性低血压和过敏等情况。结果 EH患者经雷米普利、氧沙坦钾及两药合用治疗后,3组患者的血压均有明显下降(P<0.01),收缩压及舒张压降幅组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组治疗后24h平均收缩压(24hSBP)、白天平均收缩压(dSBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nSBP),24h平均舒张压(24hDBP),白天平均舒张压(dDBP),夜间平均舒张压(nDBP)均较治疗前显著降低,但组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3组药物降压效价相似。服药期间仅有极少数患者发生咳嗽和体位性低血压,说明两种药物常规剂量下耐受性和安全性良好。
