系统保留盆腔自主神经的广泛子宫切除术的临床应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察根治性子宫切除术中系统保留盆腔自主神经(PAN)的临床效果。方法:将广泛子宫切除术的患者共40例随机分为观察组22例和对照组18例,对照组行传统的经腹广泛性子宫切除术,观察组行系统保留盆腔自主神经的广泛性子宫切除术,随访1年,比较2组膀胱功能障碍、直肠功能障碍和性功能障碍发生情况。结果:观察组患者的膀胱功能障碍、直肠功能障碍及性功能障碍的发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:系统保留盆腔自主神经的广泛性子宫切除术更好地保留了患者的膀胱功能、直肠功能及性功能,提高了患者生存质量。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pelvic autonomic nerve preservation in radical hysterectomy.Methods:40 patients undergoing radical hysterectomy were divided into observation group (22 patients) and control group (18 patients), the patients in control group underwent conventional abdominal radical hysterectomy, while the patients in observation group underwent radical hysterectomy with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation, then they were followed up for one year, the incidences of bladder dysfunction, rectal dysfunction and sexual dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidences of bladder dysfunction, rectal dysfunction and sexual dysfunction in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P0.05).Conclusion:Radical hysterectomy with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation can reserve bladder function, rectal function and sexual function of patients to the maximal degree, and improve the quality of life in patients.
