摘要
文章主要就抽油杆涂敷固化系统的设计和实现进行了研究。针对抽油杆涂敷的发展现状,提出了一整套使用感应加热电源实现加热固化的自动控制方案。这一开发使AT89C52单片机及其外围电路实现。在设计中尽量考虑到实际中可能出现的问题,采用防护措施,使控制集中,操作简便。针对每小模块的作用,分别从硬件和软件两个方面描述了其实现方案。
This paper mainly on the rod coating curing system design and implementation were studied.Rod coating for the development of the status quo,put forward a set of the use of induction heating power supply to achieve automatic control of heat-curing program.This development using AT89C52 microcontroller and its peripheral circuits.As far as possible in the design take into account the practical problems that may occur,use of protective measures to control the focused,easy to use.The role of a small module for each,respectively,both from the hardware and software,describes its implementations.
