摘要
原发性肝癌在我国常见，手术切除仍是目前能使病人获得无癌长期生存的唯一方法。但由于肝癌缺乏特异性临床表现，且发展迅速，多数病人在确诊时已属中晚期，不仅手术切除率低，术后早期复发率亦高，预后差，因此探讨中晚期肝癌的有效治疗方法，是广大肝外科工作者极感兴趣...
