摘要
为了满足不同工业领域切削液PH值的实时监测的要求,开发了切削液PH监测仪。该仪器以LM3S1138为主控制芯片,配以特定软件,可实现多通道PH数据的采集、存储、分析、打印、通讯。实验结果表明该仪器可以对切削液PH值起到很好的监测和分析作用。
In order to meet monitoring demands of cutting fluids in various industry fields,PH monitoring instrument of cutting fluids has been developed.The hardware platform based on LM3S1138 and special software are used to obtain the capability of multi-channel data acquiring,storing,analyzing,printing,and communication.The experiments gave out the encouraging positive result.
