用钻孔法测定圆筒容器的残余应力

摘要 本文用薄壳理论推导出圆筒壳体表面因钻孔引起的释放应变与残余应力(或初始应力)之间关系的精确理论方程式.并进行了方程式可靠性的验证实验,提出了一个适用于工程的简化方程式。 In this study,the shell theory was used to derive a precise theoretical equation for the relationship between residual stresses (or intinial stresses) and relieved strains due to drilling a hole on the surface of the cylindrical shell. Experiments verifying the reliability of the equation were carried out. For engineering application, a simplified equation was presented.
