摘要 研究表明,在多种汽车油耗计量的原理和方法中,综合精度、稳定性、适用性、可靠性等方面,最佳选择是采用流量传感器的方式。高性价比的流量传感器包括涡轮式和容积式等。实验表明温度和燃油粘度的变化对流量传感器的性能影响很大,从而影响到了油耗计量的准确性。本文基于虚拟仪器技术,通过实验深入研究了温度和燃油粘度对油耗计量的影响,为最终设计并开发一款精确稳定且性价比高的汽车燃油计量仪打下基础。 Research shows that among many principles and methods for vehicle fuel consumption measurement,the best choice is to use flow sensors when considering the accuracy,stability,applicability and reliability.High capability-price ratio flow sensor includes turbo sensor and cubage sensor.Experiments show that the changes of temperature and fuel adherence make a large influence on the performance of the flow sensors,thereby affect the accuracy of fuel consumption measurement.This paper uses the virtual instrument to study the influence of the change of temperature and fuel adherence on the fuel consumption measurement through experiments,which will be the ground of the design of the high accuracy vehicle fuel consumption meter.
