摘要
本文介绍了平面四连杆机构尺寸型综合的一种新方法。它选用杆长a_1、a_2、a_3、a_4之比值S=(a_4/a_1)、Z=(a_3/a_1)、T=(a_2/a_3)为尺寸参数,着重讨论长a_1、a_2、a_3、a_4之比值S=(a_4/a_1)、Z=(a_3/a_1)、T=(a_2/a_3)为尺寸参数,着重讨论了14条以尺寸参数为变量的特性曲线,并可用计算机绘制出一组诺模图谱。最后运用诺模图,研究得出平面连杆机构69种尺寸型。
In this paper, a new method of four bar linkage dimemsion synthesis is suggested by using wonderful dimension parameters, which are S=a_4/a_, Z=a_3/a_1, and T=a_2/a_3, where a_1、a_2、a_3 and a_4 are the length of the four bars. Particularly, 14 characteristic equations, which are the function of S、Z、T, are developed and discussed, and a set of nomograph can be plotted by computer. Finally, sixty nine different types of planar four-bar linkage are obtained and studied.
